RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns for Defective Items: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Provide photos showing the issue
- Include your order number and detailed description of the problem
Size Exchanges: All items are made-to-order specifically for you. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please refer to our size charts before ordering to ensure the best fit.
Buyer's Remorse: Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or if you simply don't like the product.
Lost or Undelivered Orders: If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and local post office
- Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date
- We'll work with you to resolve the issue
Processing Time: Replacement requests are processed within 1-2 business days. New items will be printed and shipped according to our standard production timeline.
